Loaned Executive

The Loaned Executive Program

 A loaned Executive is a special volunteer from the management or administrtive level in a business, service organization, labor union, governmental body or educational facility.  He or she is selected carefully and has the complete support of his chief executive officer.  His time is provided wihtout charge to the United Way for the benefit of the community.  The loaned executives function jointly as a volunteer and as a well-informed executive consultant.  Using the administrative capabilities he possessess, together with techniquest and tools proved by the United Way, he approaches major businesses and other organizations to develop a systemataic approach to employee giving.
