American Red Cross, Great Plains Service Center
$1500 is the average amount it takes to meet the immediate emergency needs of a family of four following a disaster.
$275 provides 5 scholarships for five community members to receive lifesaving training in CPR-Adult, Child, Infant, AED, and First Aid.
$150 allows for clothing and shoes for one person.
$450 can provide rent for one month for a family whose home was uninhabitable after disaster.
Armed Services YMCA
The Armed Services YMCA can provide van transportation for a full year to young military families for a gift of only $1,500.
The Armed Services YMCA can provide a weekly Bible study including meal and childcare for ten families each month for a gift of $50 a month.
For just $10 every two weeks you can provide childcare for a Friday night out for a young military couple.
A donation of one hour’s pay per month will insure that a military family in financial trouble will get the help they need.
Boy Scouts-Last Frontier Council
An annual gift of $1,000 will provide seven days of summer camp programs to 5 Scouts.
$300 a year will provide the Scouting experience for one youth for a year.
$5.76 a week will send 5 boys to Cub Scout Day Camp.
$8.33 a month will provide Scout handbooks to each scout in 2 different patrols.
C. Carter Crane Emergency Homeless Shelter
A one time gift of $355.00 will provide a full size bed to be used on the family side of the shelter.
A one time gift of $250.00 will provide a twin size bed to be used in the men’s side or the family side of the shelter.
A gift monthly of $65.00 will provide 52 rides for a client to be able to go to work, medical appointments, search for work.
A one time gift of $50.00 can provide the shelter with 278 pounds of food.
C. Carter Crane Emergency Shelter can provide shelter cost for water, electric and food for a month for a gift of $1000.00.
Catholic Charities
A gift of $200 will assist a struggling family with their electric bill.
A gift of $300 will provide nutrition snacks for the tutoring class at Villanova for a month.
Center for Creative Living
An annual gift of $300 or $25 per month will provide 75 senior citizens access to health promotion and educational programs.
A gift of $34 will provide one (1) senior citizen access to the center’s activities for one year.
A gift of $425 would provide one mailing of the Center for Creative Living Newsletter to 3335 persons.
A gift of $95 will provide glasses for one low income senior citizen.
Christian Family Counseling Center
A $100 donation will provide 4 counseling sessions for No Fee.
A $250 dollar donation will provide 8 counseling sessions at Reduced Fees.
Your $500 donation will provide 20 counseling sessions at No Fee.
A $200 donation will provide 8 counseling sessions at No Fee for this little girl and her parents.
Family Promise of Lawton
A gift of $150.00 can provide beds for a family of 4 that are moving into permanent housing.
An annual gift of $400.00 can provide basic medicine and hygiene items for homeless families with children for one year.
An annual gift of $950.00 can provide one homeless child a chance to change his/her future by regaining their independence.
An annual gift of $3,500. 00 can provide transportation fuel costs for homeless families with children.
Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma
For $250 a year, Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma can completely support one girl in scouting.
Time- providing a volunteer to work in our in-school program for one-hour, one-time a week will serve over 20 girls in Girl Scout programming.
Talent-Experts in financial management, the sciences, the arts can provide a one-time volunteer experience to troops an in –school by allowing the girls to discover the world around them.
Treasure-supporting one girl at the rate of $250 will provide all she needs in terms of curriculum, materials, membership, and events.
A Girl Scouts STEM Robotics League can be sponsored by the community at the rate of $1,500 which includes registration fees, a robotics kit, and mileage.
Hearts That Care Volunteer Health Clinic
$120 can provide utilities for one month.
$240 can help an individual without insurance get their medications without charge for one year.
$1200 can expand our Hepatitis support program to bi-monthly.
$12,500 can keep the clinic operational for one year.
J. Roy Dunning Children’s Shelter
A gift of $20.00 per week will provide children in the shelter with school supplies.
A gift of $96.00 will provide hygiene items for 12 children.
A gift of $125.00 will provide 5 winter coats for 5 shelter children.
A gift of $180.00 will feed 10 abused, neglected or abandoned children meals and snacks for one day.

Depending on availability, the Lawton Food Bank can purchase 5,000 pounds of food with a donation of $150.
A donation of $5000 will provide one traditional holiday meal for 2000 families.
Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc.
A gift of $30 per year will provide legal advice to a victim of domestic violence.
A gift of $52 per year will fund helping a senior citizen complete an Advanced Medical directive and a Durable Power of Attorney.
A gift of $260 per year will provide resources to provide legal service and brief services for up to five families.
A gift of $400 per year will enable the victim of consumer scam to go to court to protect their rights.
Marie Detty Youth and Family Service Center, Inc.
Five Parenting Classes can be provided for a parent to learn skills and avoid child abuse and its triggers with a weekly gift of $20.00
Only $69.00 per week will provide emotional healing to a child who is suffering from physical abuse and neglect.
A gift of $40.00 per week will provide two women the opportunity to overcome alcohol and drug addictions.
New Directions Women’s Shelter can provide shelter and care for a mother and her 2 children who are seeking safety from a violent husband with a gift of $40.00 per month.
Only $300.00 per year will help a person finally overcome depression and learn coping skills to deal with life’s troubles.
A gift of $35.00 will provide a group home resident with an Opportunity to go on 3 outing as a reward for earning positive behavior points.

A gift of $400.00 can provide non-medical detox for one individual.
A gift of $150.00 can provide 6 weeks of out patient treatment.

A gift of $300 can sponsor a child for a year in our after school program at The Boys and Girls Club.
A gift of $100 will provide a hot nutritious meal for 50 individuals in need.

A gift of $500.00 will provide for 90 people to receive shelter in The Salvation Army’s Emergency shelter.
Teen Court
An annual gift of $350.00 will allow one juvenile the opportunity to have their offense heard and sentenced by a jury of their peers as opposed to formal charges being filed against them.
An annual gift of $250.00 will educate one youth on juvenile crime and how to become a more productive citizen of the community.
A one time gift of $200.00 will pay a supervisor for 20 hours of community service for our defendants.
An annual gift of $25.00 will educate one elementary student on juvenile crime and allow them to attend our “Just Walk Away” program.

A gift of $1,500.00 will provide an opportunity for 10 local teens to participate in youth leadership activities to reduce underage drinking.
A gift of $300.00 can provide a community education conference on How to Prevent Prescription Drug Abuse for parents and educators.
A gift of $400.00 can provide forty 5th graders an all day experience at the Girl Power! Conference.
